Vehicle Rented Pick up

Rental package does not include fuel. The vehicle must be returned back to ZEE Wheels with the same fuel amount the vehicle had during pick up. Incase the vehicle is returned with more than the above mentioned fuel amount, no refund will be provided for the extra fuel.

• If the helmet is damaged or lost, a charge equivalent to the price of the helmet must be paid by the renter.

• According to Government Motor Vehicles Act 1988, under Section 185, a motorist caught under the influence of alcohol is liable to be charged and the vehicle will be seized by the City Traffic Police indefinitely until circumstance, the renter will be charged with the asset cost and downtime period.

• In the event of any traffic violation by the Renter while using or involving the vehicle, the Renter will be liable to pay all fines/penalties associated with such traffic violation ( including parking, over speeding, riding without a helmet, cutting signals etc.),and Zee WHEELS shall have no responsibility with respect to the same.

• The Renter is responsible for burnt clutch, tyre puncture, tyre burst and also for the mechanical failure due to usage of the incorrect fuel for the vehicle while on the trip.

• All the vehicles are maintained in the best manner. The renter has full right to check the vehicle thoroughly before renting and is liable for checking and maintaining the vehicle while on road. Any mechanical failures should be reported immediately. The renter may be held responsible in case of mechanical failure resulting due to negligence of the normal maintenance. In case any other breakdown, the repairing cost will be refundable.

• The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was taken. In case of damage to the rented vehicle due to accident / mishandling / carelessness, appropriate charges will be calculated by Zee WHEELS and the renter is liable to pay the same to Zee WHEELS along with the daily tariff until the bike is ready for renting again.

• If the renter loses the keys or documents of the vehicle, the renter is liable to pay for the same and in case the keys of the vehicle is lost in an outstation location, Zee WHEELS will provide the RSA but at a cost.

• If the renter returns the vehicle before the scheduled drop date, no refund shall be provided.

• If the renter fails to drop the vehicle at the specific drop date and maintains no communications with Zee WHEELS and delays past the drop date, ZEE WHEELS might seize the vehicle and takelegal actions against the renter as a result of which criminal charges might be imposed on the renter.

• If the vehicle drop time is on or before 8.00 pm in the night but is dropped the next day morning due to customer being late, the charges for the vehicle including the night until the vehicle is dropped at the office will have to be borne by the customer.

• Jurisdictions of any disputes with the renter shall be at Guwahati city.

The Renter agrees and acknowledges that ZEE WHEELS prohibits the use of the vehicle in the following manner.

▪ Under the influence of alcohol and/ or drugs or other banned substances or consuming tobacco or tobacco products on the vehicle.

▪ For or in any kinds of race, contest or competitions, or stunts.

▪ Uncommon usage, irresponsible riding methods overstressing and mishandling the motorcycles causing excessive wear of the vehicle parts and undue damage.

▪ To carry unlawful /hazardous or prohibited material.

▪ Commercial usage of any type deriving financial benefits.

▪ Attaching any external structures to our motorcycles causing damage to the vehicle or othervehicles/ human beings/ animals coming in contact with it.

▪ With more than two(2) people on the vehicle ( in case of two wheeler vehicle)
